Failed to connect to instance

same here. Was playing with a friend in Freythorn, game crashed. Can't log back in - cannot join instance. Tried another character - game crashed. Tried another character, let me log in but when I tried to port to town it crashed with cannot join instances.

Same issue here. Try to log in with any character and get the same message. Even after reinstall. This is with the Steam or Stand-alone client. Seems to be a server side issue maybe? I've tried with Vulcan and dx12

Edit: Same issue/message occurs when I try to log into PoE1. Also on Cox internet

Same issue here. Can not login despite dif servers/toons as well as a repair ran.

After crash unable to connect to instance. Cannot connect to other characters and cannot create new character.

Same issue here.. its obviously a server sync issue.

I am having a Similar issue, was attempting the Sekhmas Trial screen froze they kicked me to login screen. Got the error failed to join instance, attempting restarting PC, switching servers, creating new character and still get the same error. Hopefully this is corrected soon so i can continue to play as i am enjoying my experience so far.

same here. just purchased game 30 minutes ago and killed a few enemies and got the boot. early access strikes again.

Same problem. Only started after the last hotfix. And I have not been able to log in on a character in more than an hour.

And interestingly enough, I get the same issue with POE1

That is interesting. Can't login to either game it seems.

Same issue here, there seems to be a nationwide issue with COX right now which may be their issue in how it's routing your traffic to the poe server, are any of you using COX ISP?

I could be completely wrong, but worth mentioning...
