PoE II - no graphic card deteced (Nvidia 4070)

Hi,

i´ve played PoE II last night after launch and had no graphic issues! 100 fps+ ... a few hours later now, the game did not detect my Nvidia 4070 Super anymore i could only use "Radeon Graphic Device" vom my Ryzen CPU.

Drivers are updated yesterday (566.36).

Someone say i´ve to add the Game with high priority in the "Graphic settings" of Microsoft system, but i cannot find the poe2.exe in Steam folders (?). Do i need to download the stand alone version now?

Could you help me?
