Retarded amulet for CI Dagger Shadow - 30 Crit chance 55 Crit multiplier 56 Mana, ES + Light res

A CI dagger character's likely to have to wear an Eye of Chayula to avoid stunlock. So this is more for CI & crit ranged characters. I could see a CI wander getting good use out of it.

From personal experience, if you have enough Evasion, Chayula is no longer needed. I had about 40% chance to evade on my 79, and Lightning Strike froze everything anyways.. also the extra physical might seem like nothing, but it was about 4k + dps on my double strike, because of all the dagger damage nodes
