Alt inspect cursor doesn't disappear on closing window (Minor UI glitch)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open window with inspectable UI element (skill window or inventory)
2. Hover over a skill/item
3. Hold Alt (The cursor now has changed to have the inspect icon next to it)
4. Close the window

The icon is now permanently on the cursor until updated by hovering over an inspectable.

This is happening to me too and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I tried logging and it's still there whenever I hover on an item :/
