Mouse cursor accuracy

I have a problem with the accuracy of the mouse cursor. When I want to take an item in stash or select a skill or click "continue" during dialogues, I have to point the cursor almost a centimeter below the item/button. I don't know how to fix it. It started after the first restart of the game. Btw. I use a mouse and keyboard to play, I move with the mouse (not WASAD).

So I found a solution if anyone will have the same problem. I was playing in windowed mode 1920x1080. I had to resize just a little bit lower side of the window and mouse cursor started to behave normally. Hope it'll help other players ;D

STILL: the error of unaligned target-boxes for selection in max-windows mode need to be fixed!
