Poe 2 Act 2 bug blocking progression

I completed the first quest in Act 2 in Poe 2. When I completed the quest I manually put the quest reward in my character inventory. It bugged out and disappeared. I moved on to the main town after that thinking i would have just have lost that skill gem no biggie. Now in the town I cannot interact with anything. I can't even use the waypoint to leave please help.

Update this was due to me rebounding the minion command skill to left click
