Game gifted via Steam, no EA Access

Hello all.

I know it's been a rocky launch and there are still a lot of problems trying to be fixed by GGG, specially for steam users. But it's been more than a week since I'm having this issue and missed the launch with my friends because of it.

On the 28th of November I received the "Lord of Ogham" supporter pack as a gift via steam from a friend. I redeemed it and it showed both PoE2 and the supporter pack as a DLC (Yesterday I even preloaded PoE2 and entered the server selection screen)

However, when entering to the page to see if i had access (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access) it said, and still says that I don't have access.

I have my steam account linked as a secondary login since the first time GGG added the game to steam and been playing PoE1 via steam without any problems.

I contacted GGG support trough their email account. They kindly responded telling me they did not see my "purchase". I replied telling it was a gift and provided them with some information. Then they told me to login to POE1 and see if that way it could sync the redemption, and that didn't work.

Now, since Wednesday I haven't gotten any replies.

I really don't know how to proceed about this issue. I'm not sure it's got something to do with the many problems people who acquired the game via steam are having, or if it's an specific problem with the syncing of my accounts.
