Withering Touch broken

It says Withering Touch supports skills that "hit" enemies. My Skeleton Warriors can both equip Withering Touch and hit enemies. The skeleton warrior skill description says the skeletons have a 100% chance to proc withering touch implying that it should work but they are not appearing to proc withering touch and NO debuff icon or anything shows up when they do hit and you hover over an enemy to tell that its there. When self casting chaos bolt with withering touch support you can clearly see the withering debuff applied.

I'm getting the same bug when using Withering Touch on Unearth. It does not apply the debuff.

Yeah, it doesn't work for any of my skills that it should work for. I tested several of them and there is no debuff showing, unclear if it's just visuals or it doesn't boost the damage.

No bug here. Either you're unfamiliar with PoE mechanics, or not reading the skill. It says:

"Supported Skills inflict Withered on Hit with Chaos damage"

To inflict wither, your hit needs a source of chaos damage. You can link Chaos Infusion to accomplish this, find a source of flat chaos damage, or use a skill with built-in chaos hit damage like Chaos Bolt.

Of course I use the appropriate skill, I even tried several of them.

+1 to this. I made the same mistake. Had withering touch equipped on skeletons but noticed it not working. Equipped on essence drain and now it works like a charm.

As a result of testing, it turned out that it works on a bow, but not on a rapid-fire weapon. In both cases, a basic attack was used with a support stone with a chance to poison.
