crashing every zone entrance

have been trying to play for 5 hours now and got the game running on dx12 but crash any time i try to enter a new zone. running windows 11 and a gtx4090. when i crash trying to enter a zone i have to verify game files or just crashes at log in screen. plz any help would be much appreciated. i understand majority of people don't experience this from talking to people in game who have 0 crashes. but i don't know whats wrong with my pc. it runs everything else fine and i have 32gb of ram so should be able to load new zones. have tryed many option changes and would really just like to play the game like everyone else. i've spent $2500 usd on poe and have Monday-Wednesday off hopefully the probs are patched by then but can't help think this is my pc's prob..... going to take my pc to geeksquad i guess cuz don't know what else to do. study computers in school kids.

btw i have tryed updating graphics driver again, i updated to 566.36 last night. i verify game files everytime i crash on a zone entrance cuz i can't get past log in screen if i don't. i tryed vulkan it lagcrashes on log in screen after gears and i have to delete casch files and force dx12 on steam client btw. restarted computer and have tryed many different things in the options like turning off tripple buff and other things. also have reinstalled the game 3 times on steam and 2 times on ggg launcher.

Im having the same issue. My 8th char since release and i get stuck in different loading screens (zoneing screens) and nothing helps, now even new level 1 characters are not even getting into the first zone.
