SUPPORT PACK ITEMS/CURRENCY NOT APPEARING IN-GAME

I purchased the Thaumaturge of the Vaal support pack, but I cannot access any of the items nor the currency to buy anything in-game Path of Exile 2.

I have no desire to use any of this stuff in Path of Exile 1.

I see other players who are already using their support pack items, but I cannot see anything in my inventory and my currency shows zilch.

I also have an old account that I want removed completely from my account. "Nino_IX#0106" is an account I used ages ago and it caused me a bunch of login issues when I was trying to get into the PoE2 early access.

I was somehow able to link my fffaustyyy#2739 account to that old one, so I was finally able to enter the game. But now I have this headache with the items and currency missing in-game.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I can't really help with the currency stuff because I'm missing mine as well but I did find my mogs in weird spaces. In the shop near the bottom it had a window for me to change outfits and toggle the kiwis

So, my currency finally turned up, but I wasn't able to use any of it. Although my friend was able to use his.
Early access problems, in all honesty.
And yes, I was finally able to find all of my mogs in the cosmetics tab of the store.
Hopefully, I can get help with the other stuff today once they catch up on all of the issues they probably received.

Did this resolve? I have a friend who also cannot see their currency in game. It's been several hours since she activated the $30 supporter pack, but still has no in game currency.

Hopefully it resolved for you guys.

It took a while, but it eventually worked. Then it took a while for us to be able to buy guild items, but then that worked eventually, as well.

So far, almost all, if not all, issues have been resolved for my friends and I.

Now I'm just hoping that they lower store prices. Yikes.
