Warrior normal attack have the highest dps

How come a normal attack deal more damage than a channeling attack like Perfect Strike, not making any sense

It's not just the Warrior. If you get a good quarterstaff with some runes and slot the martial tempo support gem in the basic attack, it becomes far more potent for bossing than any combo skill you could work out in the early game.
