cannot revive teammates

i have tried with multiple teammates in game. i cannot revive them nor they me. it makes no sense

Same, it seems its not possible when playing with controller. It shows the "A to revive" but nothing happens

Seconding this. Is this already a known bug by the devs, at least? Because it's something that begun with Rise of the Abyss and should be an easy fix.
