Need help unlock my account

Hi, I think my account was locked because my VPN while playing POE2, and I didn't receive any email for the code to unlock it. I keep click on the resend email button but still not receive anything. I checked the junk mail and spam too, and there is nothing.

I am having the same problem, Tried the same thing with POE and still no email.

me too have this problem. I buy pack and redeem code on STEAM, download game - BUT cant link account with Steam becouse his LOCKED.
