Poe 2 ...20 fps no matter what settings i put.

even on login screen the fps dont pass 25. no matter if on low or high graphics settings.

nvidia rtx 3060 12 gb
intel core i7 -8700k
12 gbm ram
ssd 1tb

this is the first game to have this.

try a lot of things, maybe some incompatible graphic card thing.. idk. im sad :(

Similar issue.. DX12 / Vulkan capped at 25fps... DX11 has no issues at 60fps

I tried it with 2060 Super and this problem goes away.

I was suffering from this problem and I finally realized my GPU was plugged into a x1 channel PCEI slot (slot 2). I can't believe it was this simple. You may want to run GPU-Z (free to d/l) and check if you have this problem. For most motherboards GPU should be in PCEI slot 1.

I went from 20 fps to 60 immediately after putting the card in PCEI slot 1.

Hey, hope this is the case for you as it was for me.
I used GPU-Z as the guy above reccomended to check my GPU and I saw it was running only on 1x 3.0, my motherboard don't have 2 slots but as it turned out, my GPU wasn't seated properly for some reason and just reseating it plus some contact cleaner did the job. Try that out and see if it helps.
