The Devourer fight bug: Getting stuck

Fighting The Devourer in act 1, he goes underground and his body sticks out.
As a melee class (Warrior) I was sticking close to him, and as he burrowed, I got stuck under his body. I can't move anymore and the fight seems to have stopped. Im now stuck there lol.

exact same bug, tried to log out, changed servers and still stuck underneath him.
