Can't go to act 2 after clicking on hooded figure in my hideout

I was playing through and made it to the end of act 1. I killed the boss there and then went to my hideout (that is got from the supporter pack) before finishing the quest. I talked to the hooded figure in my hideout, and it said quest cannot be advanced, and now shows me the act 2 map but there is no way to get there/no npcs I can talk to to get there.

Same bug here. Can't proceed to Act 2 after talking to Hooded One on hideout.

I was able to unlock progress by joining someone on Act Two and teleporting to them
My game ended up with two Act 2 on the map, one of them being red for hard mode  |

Yeah, looks like it just gives you the hard mode act 2 map, thanks for the advice. Mine works now!
