Is this still an issue I've not received email with link to download still?

So it took about 1-2 hours to receive the email. It's a little long, but given the hundreds of thousands of players clogging the system, it makes sense right now I guess.

Like many others, I have tried to log into POE2 only to have my account temp locked because of my login location, and have been asked to use the code sent to my email.

However, no code is ever sent to the email no matter what. I have checked all folders as well.

Remember to be diplomatic, level-headed and take the options that make sense. While we can only do so much, so can they. It's a small team, and there are an overwhelming amount of people wanting to play that no small team could ever hope to properly prepare for.

All things considered, they're handing it all very well. We just need to temper our expectations and enjoy what we get.

It is also important to note that the verification code you receive does not change. It is not like a 2FA code that expires in 1-15 minutes. So as long as your request is in the system, whether automatically via the game, or by a support email, the code will not expire.

Edit: Seems like this problem is fixed now. Location lock still happens, but emails are instant.
