Attack In Place is bugged for M&K

Was playing Monk (feels bad with this bug, but enjoying the game) and I noticed that I randomly just can't attack with Quarterstaff Strike.

After fiddling around, I figured out that the issue stems from doing a movement input while holding Attack In Place. The game buffers the movement input, and thinks you're still moving and blocks all attacks or something. It resolves randomly later. It seems to be only with mouse and keyboard. So I'm guessing QA spent most of their time prepping for the console and wasd additions and this was missed. So don't use Attack In Place if you're playing on M&K, or swap to wasd/controller.
