Please fix!!!!

It's obvious people can't log in even after telling people the issue should be fixed. A LOT of people. It's great that it's too much trouble to acknowledge they're still problems and they will be resolved. Thats all that's needed and then those people that gave you their money can feel like they matter.

Purchased supporter pack on Dec 1, got confirmation mail i thought my account is already authorized, only to find out today you need another code to get in, which I didnt get.

the issue, i cannot log into EA is:
The system can't connect to the EPIC (or STEAM) installation automatically with the right Accountname i estimate. That's why I tried the option to create a new Account to get the PoE2 login somehow working...
Now i got the new created account bridgR#3486, whereas bridgR#1262 is the original one, that has purchased the supporter pack. And with my 30+ characters on it!^^

There has to be a way to reset - and to delete the newly created Account, right?
So on the newly created account, that is linked with EPIC store correctly, there is NOTHING on it. What a Malaise! very frustrating... at this stage =(
