Support for Gamepads like razer Tartarus?

i got the razer tartarus pro,
most keys do get recognized, sadly the 8 bit thumbstick is not (arrow keys are preset to them)
if i try to change my WASD movement to arrow keys, i can only do so at my actual keyboard.
this would be a nice QOL aupdate, atleast to me.

yes i have the same problem. the game don't recognise the d pad.
to bad because wasd movement and hitting skills is so clumpy.
