After image on character when changing upscale methods in the graphics menu

When changing the upscale method from NIS to FSR and back again to see performance differences i noticed a after image on the character.The best way to describe it, its like when a computer freezes and the mouse infinitely repeats itself when you move it thats what i notice behind the character.

Im currently on Act 1, Cemetary of the Eternals if that matters as well, just beat a boss that turns the night to day time.
