Unearth and Picking up items

If Unearth is set to Left-Click and items are near potential bodies for Unearth to resurrect, it tends to not want to pick up the item.

Also, not sure how to replicate but I have had an item description stay on screen above the Mana pool location after dropping and picking up the scepter I was using to see how to fix the problem above.

So for now I'm just going to keep Unearth on something other than Left-Click.

I have this same bug, except it doesn't seem sensitive to whether corpses are around or not.
It just always seems to prefer to cast the spell than pick the item up under the cursor.
