POE2 email for location change not showing up

Trying to start playing POE2. Currently traveling and away from home.
At the hotel and try to start the game. Get the standard, your account is locked - using a different location, message. Seen it many times while traveling. The email from GGG is usually pretty immediate for this, but this time it has been over 10 minutes and nothing has shown up in my gmail account. Is this not working well with POE2? (and yes, I did check the spam folder...) Last bumped on Dec 6, 2024, 9:45:10 PM

same, however I am not traveling and only installed on 1 pc. I merged an old account into my current one when I linked my Sony account together, but I haven't accessed it in years.
I get no email with an unlock code. |

yes i see many posts and this is my problem also, it has nothing to do with you travelling...ggg email service is not responding. Please fix asap
