I am experiencing the same. There is nothing in the e-mail attached to my PoE account.

I can talk based on my experience - it arrives at some point. Epic emails got stuck in their outbox overnight from 6th to 7th and arrived all together (like 5 emails) this morning, Steam email arrived after about 30-40 minutes also this morning. If you are waiting you have to be careful as Poe website outbox might got stuck again today...
