"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" - Error when logging in
I have exactly same problem. Played 69 hours (WITH a lot of crashes on 7800X3D) in December 2024, then I sold my PC (erased all with fresh install of windows and wiping all SSDs of course - nobody can play on my account) and now in February I built a new PC with 9800X3D hoping they fixed the game, download the game again with steam, logged to website, I can see my characters, link again the same steam account for sure (I have only one) and still cant log in. Game says You dont have Early Access.

This is insane,
I initially purchased poe 2 last night through steam. hit log in and says account locked. On first launch? okay then... i logged into my old poe 1 account on there website realised i had to link my steam account. attempted to do that. says i cant because my accounts locked. so i refunded on steam. bought a copy direct from GGG website. Launched through there after using the code to redeem on my steam. says i dont have an early access key. bloody hell. so going through the forums for anwsers and i see you need to link to steam. obviously i cant due to being locked from logging in for the first time. So i thought well ill link it to epic games using the code they gave me maybe this is a work around so i can play. nope... says i cant link it to epic due to my region (australia) I have emailed support several times and still no anwser. I have never had so much trouble trying to play a game i have purchased in my life, Paid 50$ to not even get past the main menu. Crazy these issues are still happening. |

Join the crowd as I bought the $100 supporter pack and have about 55 Hours on POE2 with my Steam account and support delinked my old email so I could link to my new email and everything worked great till I decided to login to Steam with my new email as I have now lost all access and cant play anymore as it states my account does not have access to POE2 early access.
I did create a separate post and same response that support is behind on support tickets. I am now going on 72 Hours with basically no help and I am about to simply give up on POE2, and never support this game/company again which is a shame as I really do like the game. This does seem to be a common theme with many people and although I do understand troubleshooting and what it might take to address a long term fix, simply not addressing peoples concerns other than were get back to you as were backed up on support tickets is never a good look especially when your still in early access and expect people to support you long term with their wallet. |

Don’t expect a response. I still have this issue and its taken them 3 months to respond but only asking for more info. Still haven’t resolved this issue and I still don’t have access to PoE2 and steam wont refund because its past the refund window.

i have over 200 hours in POE 2 with 5 charecters now after update it says i dopnt have access? what the heck? i spent 30$ buying early access.
