Not getting email to link Playstation Account

When I click on the link to link my sony and poe accounts, it says it will send me an email and to follow the process within, but I have not gotten that email.

Tried phone and computer to link. Keeps saying check the email. No email. Nothing in spam or junk.

By the time you get the email the link is expired

Been well over 30 minutes, so yeah, seems broken.
