Need to change steam accounts.

Currently, this POE account is on a steam account that if I loose the password to, get a new pc, reset, etc, The account may be gone for good or at least awhile.

I would like to have a new steam account linked to this POE account if possible.

On account management, it does not give me an option to unlink my current steam account, even after setting up a main login VIA email. What do i need to do in order to move this POE account to another steam account? Starting over is not an option, due to skins and stash upgrades I have purchased on this account.
