No P106-100(mining ed 1060) optimization/support?

Gpu in the tittle is just around 10-15% lower performance than normal 1060 in all games, and in poe 1 i had around stable 60fps in most hardest moments, but in poe 2 with all possible low settings and fsr ultra performance i see only 17-30 fps ON LOGIN SCREEN(dx11-12 and Vulkan, all the same)! And btw p106-100 SUPPORTS DLSS in many games for me, but not poe2! Please make me able to play game(which early access i bought) on start with all people...
