Where the steam key? Keys or riot?

Mine says steam keys will be available soon. Well it's soon and I don't have a steam key.

I was awarded access through a message and still have no key, and it did not unlock in my steam library from restart.

I'm pacific coast USA GMT-7, so it's cutting it close mentelgen.
