Will i be able to UPGRADE my edition bought on Steam using Steam?

I bought Basic and if i wanted to upgrade right now i would need to rebuy the entire game with the edition i want to upgrade to.

I know the website offers upgrades but there are no regional prices, and upgrade to the next after Basic slightly less than rebuying the entire game for Basic+2 on Steam.

So i am wondering if i should just rebuy now or if the option to upgrade will be available later.

This also touches on a different point. Will I be able to buy premium currency using Steam?

Ah i see, there are regional prices on your website shop but none for Ukraine, so basically that is not a viable solution for me

Will in game shop have more support for countries or will it be the same as on website?
