My PoE account from My steam is not vinculated any more after more than 14+years

Like the title said, i play PoE for years with steam… have 2k hours on it, already spend more than 2k$… and last week my account just missed… already contacted support but they dont respond my e-mails! I can prove with character names, with emails, with anything (like bank extract) HELP ME GGG I WANNA PLAY PoE 2!!
