About purchasing early access to epic version of PoE2

I purchased the Early Access Supporter Pack for PoE2 from the Epic Games Store.
However, even though I linked my account with Epic and the official website, the early access has still not been granted on the official website. It has been about two weeks since I purchased it. Up, I also face the same problem, I know that it will just add PoE2 to my library, however, many players confirmed that they can start pre-download the client via Epic Games now, but I can't, there's "Unavailable" below the game's title in the library.

Players who have purchased Path of Exile 2 through the Epic client will not have their Early Access status reflected on our website until Early Access begins.
