Do I Need to Buy 2 Access Keys for PC and PS5?

I bought the access key through the Poe1 website for PC. When I logged into the PS5, it’s asking me to purchase it again. And here in Brazil, it literally costs twice as much through Sony. In this case, do I need to buy one for each platform?
