Still didnt receive EA key

Hello Support-Team, I already wrote a ticket to the support email 24h ago but didnt get any repsone so far. I assume that the support are currently very busy because getting many emails, thus im trying here. unfortunately I still didnt receive the early access key for POE2 on PS5, although I bought some supporter pack + the 2023 core voidborn supporter pack. My PSN Name: Bilal_Ibrahim#9089 I would buy the EA pack just to support the game again, but sadly Im currently in a hard time and cant just spent 30€ for now. So, if I understand, all of packs I bought since 2017 doesn't count if they don't be any of these???

Yes, if you bought for $480 on same platform. Everything on Playstation, Everything on PC and so on..
But you had to do it before 5th December I think it was. And if you did, let's say you bought for $480+ let's say on PC, you should get your key on your PoE account here at this very website.
