Early Access Steam key missing

I have purchased the 30$ early access through the steam client (even received mail for adding funds and purchase through steam) but still I do not have the game in my library.
When I go to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access it shows that I have early access and even having a Epic Games Key, but no Steam key. Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key Sorry, these keys are currently unavailable. Please check back soon! Please note this key only unlocks the client in your library, it will not provide early access to your account and should not be given away. Is there any way to add to link steam and poe2 account so the game can appear in the library or I can only download from the website ? Last bumped on Dec 6, 2024, 12:49:29 PM

im getting same thing but yet mine says i dont have accsse yet i can get the epic key and not the steam key

Same problem like you guys i bougth 30 dolar pack here on official web site and got only Epic games key, for me what play all games on steam its usseles, why i have to download another client just for this.
Will we get redeem code for steam too or where we can get them. |

that's a stupid answer.
thousands of people are telling you that u fucked up and we are missing our steam keys. I personally got EPIC key where i have never even played on epic nor i have epic account and im missing steam client key - where i spend hundreds of dollars on this game and on EA. And u are saying okey. we dont care. download another client ?! sorry but im feeling offened now. |

Same issue here.
Playing on Linux, so downloading the stand-alone is not an accepted answer/solution! Configuring wine/proton manually will take away time from the EA that i have paid for (including steam access). Simple solution: Stand-alone client or .h Last edited by kagr#3731 on Dec 6, 2024, 12:58:15 PM

Similar problem here.
I see GGG's answer perfectly understandable as they are having issues and they are working to solve them, which is exactly what one would expect. Issues on EA are to be expected, if everything was solved they would just full release the game. One should always be aware of that when purchasing EA. I don't think a general refund action to the affected people is needed as per Steam's TOS one can ask for a refund if they feel like it. |

This is nonsense! The whole point of purchasing early is to avoid this, once a purchase has been made a key should be reserved, failing that, if "claiming a key" before launch is required, that should have been clearly stated at time of purchase and on the transaction receipt.
