After Download, not starting the .exe

So I noticed after downloading it off the website it default drive Path of Exile 2 is installing on is :C , at least for me.
My C drive is full so after uninstalling and reinstalling it on either of my other drives, it is not starting after double-clicking on my desktop.
Reinstalling it back on my C drive an its starting, but since its full,
I can't start the download.

Is there any fix to be able to install / download it on another drive so it actually starts the download on another drive ?

I moved the files to my D: drive, but after that the game did not launch again. Therefore, I moved them back to the original folder on C:, but the launcher still did not start. I tried to repair via the installer, but did not work, too. I uninstalled the game and tried to download again, but the installer only downloads ~65.5MB (only the pathofexil.exe and some log files)

In the POE2-Installer there's an "Option" button at the bottom, where you can change the installation path.

If you've already installed the game, you can change the path in the registry with the tool "Regedit".
Navigate to "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\GrindingGearGames\Path of Exile 2" and edit the "InstallLocation".
