i bought the supporter pack through steam but i didn't get a steam key only an epic key. why is that? when will i get the steam key?

I doubt it. My guess is they probably want what they were told they'd get; a key for the platform of their choosing. Steam is their choosing, yet there are still no keys.

I believe this is a screw up that is largely Valve's fault, not so much GGG. They can't force Valve to fork over keys.

Oh my bad I thought you requesting refund because of it. Im in same position with steam. But I doubd it will get fixed before the launch as it requires valve most likely to be solved.

Yeah, I have to agree. This is a big issue for a lot of people and they haven't communicated well on it. That means they likely don't have a solution, so its not getting fixed before launch.

So if you tried to show support to GGG by buying directly from them, you're getting screwed. We should have all bought directly from Steam.

It's just something that I'll make note of when considering future purchases from GGG. Fool me once...
