Maps not loading in SSF Ruthless POE 1

I finished the campaign in POE 1 in SSF Ruthless and went to open a map in Karui Shores from the map device. I click on the portal, and goes to the loading screen, then disconnects to log on screen. It says, "an unexpected disconnection occurred."

4 Days, and still no change here. Thanks for reply. I think you might be able to get around the issue by asking somebody to use their portal device in their hideout. I've read on reddit that people have had success with that. If so, then it's only the map device in Karui Shores that is broken. I can't do that workaround in ssf.
