Please note this key only unlocks the client in your library, it will not provide early access to your account and should not be given away."" Please advise Last bumped on Dec 6, 2024, 1:08:12 PM

They're aware. Likely they've run out of steam keys to give out at the minute.
"Please check back soon!" is the key phrase here :) Whether they get more before EA tomorrow, nobody knows. Either use the Epic key, or download the standalone and wait for steam keys to become available and then move over to that client if you prefer it. Since your accounts will be linked, progress should carry over between clients. |

Heya, I'm afraid you will have to wait until these become available again. As mentioned on the Steam client key, please check back soon!
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I realise it may be frustrating however we are working to have more of these available as soon as we can. | |
I was eligible for POE 2. I still bought a poe2 support pack. I talked about the EA to all my friends. They all manage to get a key, while I need "to check back soon".
I am really not happy about it. |

Whats going on? I've been in here since I got a kiwi with my purchase but I can't get a key either?
Welp, I'm not playing PoE2 for 2 months then as I'm flying out later today. :P |

" I guess, if you knew more, you'd tell us but juuuuust in case... What does "soon" mean here? Does it mean: "tomorrow", or: "next week" or even: "next month"? |

A friend of mine, whos not good with reading and speaking english is having the same problem. When he went to his account there is no steam key available for now.
Epic Store key would be available but thats not the platform he want's to play on. It would be really appreciated if someone from GGG could elaborate "available soon". He's afraid now that he can't play the next days - after waiting like a child for christmas for weeks now. I'm aware of that, there are much more people bought EA for PoE2 than expected. Nontheless, please keep us informed asap. Cheers. |
