Installer do not open at all

Anyone are having the same problem?
I just installed the "PathOfExileInstaller". When i click in desktop icon "Path of Exile 2" nothing happens.

I tried run as admin and etc.

Windows 10 / 32gb ram

SOLVED:

I was trying to install in another direct folder (c:/my games) changing the directory in app installer.
So instead of changing i just clicked install and now its worked.

1:) redownload a fresh copy

2:) open it directly from the explorer window

3:) alt+tab or winkey+tab and see if its there but you just aren't seeing it

So the game doesn't download if installed in custom location? That's ridiculous.
I installed on E drive and... the launcher seems to stuck at downloading. 0%, 0 speed. Task manager says it doesn't use CPU or network. Should I just way or there is warkaround?

I had a 65mb download Bug,after dl launcher dosnt open and when i manuly open, it just dl the same 65mb and so on.
Solution was to delete folder and do a Fresh install.
Had same bug with poe 1 some weeks ago.

There was such a bug with PoE1 and I had one with 2nd just recently. There is a .tmp file in the folder. You should rename it for .exe. "PoE 2 1" lets say and launch. It's gonna work just fine, you can use it to launch the game.
