No steam keys ? just purchased the pack

I received a massage at November 27:

Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access.

Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key
Sorry, these keys are currently unavailable. Please check back soon!

Since then, the massage didn´t change.
No key since this massage.

I have the same problem, I purchased the Lord of Ogham support pack and only the key for Epicc is available. I would like to play on Steam with my friends. How do I solve this???
Hello,

Same here. Bought early access today and i have been waiting for my steam key for over 10 hours now. Looks like im going to miss launch as there is no time to download the game before poe2 launches.

I contacted support about this earlier and they said just to wait it out.
I bought Early access on 21 november and now when try to copy the game it doesnt let me. Now i checked the early access in my account and it says i dont have one. Im logged with Steam on POE website and i bought the early access from Path of Exile website, so why does it say i dont have one ?

Same problem here. I got my key because of spending more then $480. still haven't gotten the steam key. says un available. And the early access launches in 2 hours.
From the FAQ:

How to redeem a key?
Upon purchasing your first supporter pack that includes an Early Access key, that key will be automatically redeemed on the account the purchase was made. You don’t have to do anything else, just download the game client when it’s available and login on launch day!

If you're unsure about your status, or want to view any of your keys, this information is available under my-account/early-access.

If you have purchased a key and/or have access granted for one PC game client (Stand-alone, Steam, or Epic), but wish to play on another game client, you will be able to do so by claiming a key to unlock access to that client. These are available at my-account/early-access and can be redeemed on the relevant platform's store. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account.

As an example, if you purchase a Supporter Pack through the Path of Exile website, you will be able to claim a key to unlock the client in your Steam Library.

If I read this correct, then when you have bought the game through the steam client then you are set to go. You don't need to claim a key for this and as your POE account is linked to your steam account this should be enough?

Steam doesnt operate with keys as in the old days where you entered a CD-KEY when installing the game.

So I guess the steam key is if you buy the game on the POE website (if that is possible) and then you can add your game to your steam library.

I've just got mine now !
