You should have received a message to your Path of Exile account. It has the steam code for your to claim.

" same thing here and i dont want to use the epic client - if i am FORCED to use something other than the stand alone since it is broken on the GGG side well then why cant we at least have the STEAM KEYS we were promised? I remember seeing the CLAIm button there before and now you magically made mine disappear? TY for taking something I paid for after you gave it to me. Why because I didn't hit CLAIM? I figured the key didnt have an exp date or you would pull the rug. This is pretty ridiculous. |

Same as me, I have epic pre-download but not steam. I do not want to claim on epic store.

Assuming they immediately ran out of steam keys when the standalone installer started failing for people. Will have to wait until GGG restock.

I don't think the GGG site Client Download is broken, refresh the POE2 page and Download should appear upper left corner.

Yeah this is broken for me too. I bought the pack yesterday or two days ago you can check here for your key btw: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access
I just see " Was hoping to pre-install tonight but guess I'll just have to use the standalone installer tomorrow if the key still isn't there. It's unfortunate, was trying to do GGG a solid by purchasing through site so they don't pay the Steam cut. |

I remember reading they were having issues delivering steam keys and we should check back but that was awhile ago. Still no Steam key for me.

Same. Purchased the EA pack earlier today. Just checked my account figuring I'd go ahead and claim the key on Steam....not available, yet Epic is.
