Failed Writing Received Data - PoE 2 Preload - Standalone windows

I get an error saying

Error: Failed Writing received data to disk/application while download https://patch.poe2.poecdn.com/4.1.05/Bundles2/streaming/Content/metadata/monsters/voodooking/orb/ggdg

Only able to try on one system currently, and friends are all steam based...

Any one else having these issues? i have checked a couple other threads, they say GGG is aware of 403 Errors after a couple minutes. But this seems Diffrent,
