Same error for me.

I had several errors and crashes. Just keep restarting the poe2 game... and let it try agai9n... I am now at 30gb of 81... so keep trying til you get a solid connection to the server.

And it died at 32 gig.... BUT keep restarting it does NOT restart at zero.... 2 g of 49 gig now..... so my 32 gig is saved.

yea got to 10% and got the http 403 error. again

The launcher seems to stuck at downloading. 0%, 0 speed. Task manager says it doesn't use CPU or network. Should I just way or there is warkaround?
Log shows it has some problems... "SSL connect error while downloading https://patch-poe2.poecdn.com/4.1.0.6.2/PathOfExile.exe"
So my PC does have connection problems. Connected my phone as modem (using same Wi-Fi but not vie cable as PC) and download started.
