Path of exile 2 steam game not available

Greetings GGG
So i purchased supporter packs one for my xbox account and one for my steam deck account wich are both linked to this profile. It came to my attention that while PoE 2 is available and downloaded into my Xbox I go to my steam account to pre-install the game and it is charging me again for early acess.
