It doesn't let you choose where to install. Defaults to drive C, which is annoying. If that's the case, you can manually copy the entire folder from here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games

Then paste it at your desired location and run PathOfExile.exe within Path of Exile 2 folder to install the game on desired drive.
