Poe 2 wrong platform

Hello. I bought early Access supporter pack form your site. Will I be able to play Poe 2 on xbox with that supp. pack? Or i bought wrong version and i should buy it from Xbox store?
In that case, is it possible to convert the code I bought on your site into an Xbox redeem code? The code I bought is unused, unopened. I don't even have a pc. Last bumped on Dec 7, 2024, 1:22:31 PM

Hey, I ran into the same problem. I bought a Supporter Pack here, so I can play on my Ps5 since I don't have a pc either, turns out I needed to buy it on the actual console store when EA release tho. So I emailed support@grindinggear.com asking for help, or a refund. I suggest you do the same. The wait for a reply might be awhile though, since they've already got a lot of emails to go through.

I literally did the same thing it’s not clear on website that the supporter pack is for PC only. They should make that clear. I hope they refund me because I contacted them within 20 minutes of the purchase and I don’t own a pc I meant to buy the ps5 version. I read key and thought that meant a key to unlock downloading the game for free from the PlayStation store because it wasn’t even available to buy on the PlayStation store when I checked. I emailed the support grindinggears email address too and I haven’t been responded to yet. Been over 24 hrs.
