Need help on an account Login issue

Hi, I have been trying to login to my account. when I do it say’s my account is locked?
then so I tried to login by PlayStation, so I was able to login by way of play station Not sure why it will not let me login by email. Can you please help me on this issue. ACCOUNT EMAIL: I will give it out, in private to someone from support in message, that said I tried 5 emails, not 1 of them could i get sent to support. I also tried to send messages to other emails and companies they all worked fine, so it is only when I try support to path of exiles. The MESSAGE I GET FROM EMAIL: the email below is marked out by me The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was 'XXXXXXXXXX@charter.net'. If your email isn't allowing you to send to us, you may need to contact your email provider first to see if there's something on their end blocking this.

Already did they said that it was your email server that returned the email so that it was Not on their server , so not sure what to do here sigh .
