480$ spent and no ea key

Good day my total spend is 495$ on my account which the 30$ of it was made after the new packs. Not knowing I should have 480$ before the new packs were released, i emailed them a day after my purchase that’s the only time i found out about that policy.I asked if they can exchange the 30$ supporter upgrade I made for the early access key instead. They emailed me and told me they had a large volume of requests and not reply anymore since it will bump my queue. And when they finally responded they told me it wasn’t possible because requests should be made 24-48 hrs after the purchase. Sadge 😔
