Regional Pricing on the Website

Hello, there's regional pricing for Turkey on Steam and I wanted to upgrade my supporter pack but apparently I can only do it on the website since I already have the King pack and the higher tiers aren't available on Steam, but there's no regional prices here for my country. Is it possible to get regional prices here as well? I've heard that some countries also have lower prices on the website for their countries, I hope Turkey can be added too.

Edit: Or maybe we can at least get the higher tier supporter packs on Steam without the physical goods so we can make use of the regional pricing there? Then it'll be more possible to upgrade from pack to pack over time. The standard prices are too high for Turkey sadly.

Edit 2: I just checked and clicking Russian on this website actually shows similar prices to the regional prices set for Turkey on Steam but unlike them we don't have it here. I would be able to instantly upgrade one pack right now and give the extra key to my bestie if the prices were the same here. I wonder if I install PoE 1 and check the in-game shop I would have the Steam pricing or the website pricing.
